Youth Exclusion & Unemployment
A 40% youth labour underutilisation rate (World Bank/NBS, 2025), zero access to innovation capital, and a legislative process that excludes the demographic most affected by its decisions.
Mental Health Crisis
A 90% mental health treatment gap (WHO, 2026) and fewer than 350 psychiatrists for 218 million people (Federal Ministry of Health, 2025) leave the most vulnerable, including women, youth, and IDPs, without care.
Ecological Degradation
Nigeria has lost 90% of its primary forest cover (Global Forest Watch, 2026). Without a GPS-verified restoration framework, the country cannot access global carbon markets or the institutional funding tied to environmental accountability.
Travel & Security Insecurity
Over 6,000 annual road deaths (FRSC, 2024/2025) and 4,700 highway abductions (SBM Intelligence, 2025) paralyse inter-state movement and stifle Nigeria's economic mobility.
Institutional Accountability Gap
Fewer than 5% of Nigerian SMEs and government agencies operate with integrated digital accountability systems (PwC, 2024), locking organisations out of performance tracking, impact reporting, and institutional funding.

CCE
The Career Connect Expo is a year-round digital platform and annual national expo, four tracks taking young Nigerians from first skill to first policy contribution. The Expo: Annual national event featuring track finals, Demo Day, award ceremonies, and the NPA pitch to government.
